In recognition of our commitment to you, our customers, and the quality we demand from ourselves and our suppliers, we are pleased to announce that GAR Products will now support every wood dining chair and indoor table base we make with a ten (10) year structural warranty, and every indoor table top we make with a one (1) year structural warranty.

All fabrics are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Finishes are guaranteed for a minimum of one (1) year.

As an additional service to our customers, we offer Free In-Factory Maintenance for the lifetime of your chairs.

Send us your chairs and we will tighten, re-glue, re-glide and re-pin at our expense. You simply pay the freight and we’ll do the rest.



Our Four Seasons line of Indoor & Outdoor furniture is designed to deliver top performance in every commercial application.

We are pleased to stand behind our 4 Seasons product seating and table bases with an industry leading three (3) year structural warranty, and our outdoor table tops with a one (1) year structural warranty.

All fabrics are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Outdoor Woven Materials are warrantied for a period of one (1) year.


Please note that there has been a recent change in our Freight Claim Policy. Effective 6/18/19, if merchandise has been received damaged, it must be signed for at the time of delivery. GAR preferred freight carriers will not honor concealed freight damages unless the shipment is signed for as damaged at the time of delivery. This includes deliveries to an installer or warehouse. All shipments signed for as damaged, must be reported to GAR within 1 week. Once notified, GAR Products® will work with the customer for repairs or replacements of damaged merchandise at no additional expense to the customer. If the shipment is not signed as damaged, GAR Products® cannot submit a freight claim and will not be responsible for damages.
